Miss Lily St. John, representing The Tatler and wearing a replica costume of the eighteenth century gentleman who appears on the cover, together with Evelyn Laye representing its sister magazine, Eve, in a costume created for her by Harrods. Both appeared at the Advertising Ball in 1920 and Lily St. John won first price in Class L (whatever that is).
