Description TITANIC SINKING SEQUENCE
Details

A sequence of illustrations showing the sinking of the Titanic, sketched by survivor John B Thayer Jr. (known as Jack, the son of John B Thayer, second vice-president of the Pennylvannia Railroad), and filled in by Mr L P Skidmore on the Carpathia immediately after the rescue of the survivors. The viewpoint of Jack Thayer was from one of the Titanic's overturned collapsible lifeboats as the liner sank.
