Description | Vol de Nuit by Guerlain |
Details |
Advertisement for the Guerlain fragrance, Vol du Nuit (Night Flight). Created in 1933, the scent was an oriental chypre, inspired by the modern age of aviation as encapsulated in the novel of the same name by Guerlain's friend, the writer and aviator, Antoine de Sainte-Exupery. The etched glass bottle echoed an aircraft propeller.
