A page of various photographs showing women taking on traditionally male roles during the First World War. As well as working as recruiters and munitions workers, there is also a lady barber, a Slav doctor, a Serb countess in masculine uniform as well as two examples of fashionable headwear - the helmet hat and the Napoleon hat - with strong military overtones.
