Humorous drawing by H. H. Harris commenting on rationing in Britain in 1918 using the metaphor of hunting. Lord Rhondda, who served as Food Controller, is Master of the 'Hounds', enthusiastic shoppers are described as 'off to the meat' and one lady, found to be hoarding, has been 'run to earth.'
