Description When Puck Laughs by Primrose Harley
Details

A sprite, or Puck, rocks idly on a weather vane atop a church steeple, and mocks the people in the town below going about their daily business. The subtitle has him laughing, 'Lord! What Fools These Mortals Be!', a quote from A Midsummer Night's Dream by Shakespeare.
