Women workers gathering the harvest on the tobacco farm at Methwold, Norfolk in 1915. Picture 1 shows them tying and looping tobacco to be placed on stays, 2 shows them collecting tobacco to be taken to the barn, 3, 'the advantages of untrammelled limbs when mounting a cart', alluding to the breeches worn, 4, bringing the stays to gather the tobacco and 5, Grown and smoked in Methwold, a girl enjoys a cigarette after dinner.
