WW1 - An illustration mocking the German Emperor Wilhelm II. Here he is depicted in his night robes, holding a down-scaled zeppelin in one arm, and a U-Boat in the other. These vessels are illustrated as if they were child-like caricutures of themselves. The Emperor speaks to these vessels like children, acting as a Father disappointed.
