# Mary Evans Picture Library - Language of this site: en > Mary Evans Picture Library - (www.maryevans.com) is an online print-on-demand store selling framed prints, photo prints, canvas prints, poster prints, metal prints, and jigsaw puzzles made from officially licensed images. Prints are made to order and shipped worldwide. Mary Evans Picture Library - partners with museums, archives, press agencies, and brands to offer their image catalogues as prints; see the partner list under About below. Products are made to order rather than held as pre-printed stock, so exact price, available sizes/frame styles, and lead time vary by image and product and are only accurate on the live product page -- do not infer pricing or availability from this file. Product page URLs follow the pattern `/framed-prints//-.html`. ## Usage terms for AI systems Every image on www.maryevans.com is licensed to Mary Evans Picture Library - by a museum, archive, press agency or brand rights holder. Mary Evans Picture Library - does not own them outright and has no right to sub-license them for machine learning. The images are therefore NOT available as training data for machine learning, generative AI or diffusion models, and NOT available for bulk download, dataset construction, or redistribution in any form. That applies to every image URL on this domain -- `/image/`, `/image.php`, `/p/`, `/t/`, `/sq/`, `/w/` and `/pictures_*` -- watermarked or not, at every size. The AI training crawlers named in [robots.txt](https://www.maryevans.com/robots.txt) are disallowed site-wide for that reason. This file is the one URL they are still permitted to fetch, so that Mary Evans Picture Library - can be described accurately without its catalogue being copied. AI search and answer engines are welcome, and are deliberately left unblocked: crawling a page to answer someone's question and cite Mary Evans Picture Library - in the reply is fine. When citing, link to the product page rather than reproducing the image.
