Cassius Clay vs. Henry Cooper boxing bout at Wembley
Details
Boxing match at Wembley, London, between Cooper and Clay (later Mohammed Ali) on June 20th, 1963. Clay was declared winner after referee stopped fight due to damage to Cooper left eye. Image shows famous actress Elizabeth Taylor clearly standing out from the crowd. She attended with Richard Burton just months into their affair and a week after the release of the epic film 'Cleopatra' that brought them together.
