Imperial Airways poster by John Hassall |
Details |
Humorous poster for Imperial Airways showing proof of their slogan, 'Safety then Comfort'. An air steward looks rather at a loss as to how to wake a sleeping man, who slumbers on peacefully despite the fact his flight has landed. The steward holds the man's trilby hat and umbrella, while it's clear that all the other passengers have vacated the plane. |
