Prague, Czechoslovakia - 1950. Members of Czechoslovak clergy are wrongly accused of treason in show trials. The property belonging to various monasteries and churches, including thousands of paintings, rare books, etc were confiscated by Communist government and convicted clergymen were sent to concentration camps where they served long sentences.
