Czechoslovak citizens resettle Sudetenland
Sudetenland 1947. Etnic Germans who have resided in Czech and Moravian lands for centuries are forcibly expatriated, under so called Benes Decrees, to Germany. Allowed to carry only 40 kilos of their personal property over 3 million people were deported, their farmland, farm animals, agricultural machines and homes were confiscated by Czechoslovak government.
