Czechoslovakia - Sumperk area 1949. Greek youngsters washing at a refugee camp at Sobotin. Thousands of Greek children were brought to Czechoslovakia to escape the civil war which resulted in rightist government. The fact that the Greeks found refuge in the country went well with the Communist propaganda which right away started to proclaim: We saved Greek children. CTK Photo
