Jan Masaryk - funeral
Prague March 3rd 1948. The Commu nists who took over Czechoslovakia in a putsch such as Klement Gottwald are walking in the funeral procession of Foreign Minster Jan Masaryk who died mysteriously a few days before. The Communists maintained that Masaryk committed suicide, however, it had been widely believed that he was murdered by NKVD agents who threw him out of his office window.
