American barytone bass singer Paul Robeson arrives in Prague for Socialiast Culture Convention. Robeson visited Prague and the Soviet Union several times and proclaimed : Here (in USSR) I can live in full human dignity. Although Robeson was admired and befriended by famous people such as Eleanor Roosevelt, Harry Truman, Pablo Neruda his political views were considered dangerous and the US government denied his passport for several years.
