The so called Benes decrees expeled 3 millions of ethnic Germans from the Czechoslovak region known as Sudetenland as a revenge for the Nazi occupation of the country and prevention of ethnic struggles between Czech and German citizens experienced before the 2nd World War.(CTK Photo)
