Sudetenland - deportation - property confiscation

Czechoslovakia, Sudetenland 1947. Official inspects property belonging to Sudeten Germans, an ethnic group which resided in Bohemian and Moravian border areas know as Sudetenland. These citizens who could not take more than 40 kilos from their homes were forcibly deported to Germany under so called Benes Decree, their property including farm land, farm animals, agricultural machines and personal property was confiscated by Czechoslovak officials.
