JULY 16, 1971 - A five-member delegation of the CPSU, led by the chairman of the CPSU Central Revision Commission, G. Fedorovich Sizov (second from left), arrived in Ostrava on 16 July 1971. In the morning, the Soviet guests visited the regional committee of the Communist Party of the Czechoslovakia, where they were received by Miroslav Mamula, the leading secretary, and in the afternoon they visited the Trinec Ironworks of the VRSR (Great October Socialist Revolution).
