Billy goat Billy gets his favourite food, cigarettes, for lunch from his carer on the 30th of September in 1955 in Dortmund. Billy is the mascot of the army battalion Royal Welsh Fusiliers of the British Army stationed in Germany. Having a billy goat with the battalion, is a tradition tracing back to the Revolutionary War in America and the Battle of Bunkershill in 1775
