British battalion in Wuppertal recevies royal flags

Sir John Harding (l), chief of the British Empire general staff, hands over a new flag in the British Queen's name to an officer of the Second Battalion of the Durham Light Infantry Regiment in Wuppertal on the 9th of May in 1953. The flags had been blessed before in a festive ceremony
