British birthday parade in honor of the Queen in Berlin
A parade of the British garrison takes place on the Maifeld in front of the olympic stadium in Berlin on 11th June 1959 in honor of the birthday of Queen Elizabeth II. Several honor guests have appeared, among them the three allied town majors. The Soviet town major has sent his apologies. When the royal flag was hoisted up (see picture) every visitor has raised in honor of the Queen who was not present
