British Rhine Army cleans manoeuvre areas

Soldiers of the British Rhine army remove all sorts of rubbish from their former manoeuvre area between Soltau and Lueneburg in Lower Saxony on the 7th of June in 1994. During numberless military manoeuvres, rubbish like oil drums, tyres, leftovers of ammunition and civilisation rubbish was partly stored underground. After the cleaning operation Womble-Day, the British troops officially departed from the area
