British soldiers cycle from Berlin to Rome

British town major of Berlin, Rohan Delacombe, says goodbye to sixteen British soldiers, who want to cycle from Berlin to Rome on the 11th of October in 1959. The soldiers want to travel the route of 1, 600 kilometres in 14 days as venture training'. Staying in a hotel is not allowed, but sleeping in the woods or in accomodations on the way
