Chipped plastering on a residence, which is already deserted by the families of US soldiers stationed in Germany, in the housing estate Patrick Henry Village in Heidelberg on 2nd August 1961. The German companies used bad building material for the apartments built in 1947 and a renovation or even a new building was necessary
