The last German emperor - Wilhelm II
Emperor Wilhelm II. (m) honours soldiers of General Otto von Below's army (2nd of left) with the Iron Cross at the Eastern front during World War I. Wilhelm II. was born on the 27th of January in 1859 in Berlin and died on the 4th of June in 1941 in Dutch exile. He was buried with military honours on Hitler's orders
