Hearing of appeal against Franz von Papen in Nuremberg

Pape was one of the main defendants during the Nuremberg Trials, but was discharged. He was sentenced to eight years of work camp by the Civilian Court handling denazification, but was released early from detention with a fine of 3, 000 Deutsche Mark due to a successful appeal hearing
