Heligoland set free again

For the festivities on 1 March 1952, more and more ships arrive in the harbour of Heligoland, amongst them many reporters, who want to document the current situation on the island. This day, Helgoland was given back from the British government to Germany after having become a forbidden, dead zone and bomb training area of the British air force after a bombardment during the Second World War and an enormous explosion
