Judgements in Shopping mall arson legal proceedings

Shortly before the announcement of judgements at the criminal court in Frankfurt am Main on the 31st of October in 1968, a judicial officer tries to take a cigarre from Thorwald Proll (m). Thorwald Proll, Horst Sohnlein, Andreas Baader (2nd of right) and Gudrun Ensslin (r) were accused of having set two shopping malls in Frankfurt on fire and having caused a damage of more than two million mark. The defendants were found guilty of malicious arson, which dangerous for other people, and were sentenced each to three years of prison
