Four Power Agreement on Berlin:

Ambassadores Jean Sauvagnargues (France, 2nd of left), Kenneth Rush (USA, 3rd of left) and Sir Roger Jackling (Great Britain, r) say goodbye to Soviet ambassador Pjotr A. Ambrassimov (l) in the residence of the US ambassador in Berlin-Dahlem on the 30th of June in 1970. The representatives of the four alled forces met repeatedly to sort out open questions on Berlin. Main topics were the status, the security and access ways of West Berlin, as well as general facilitation for the citizens of West Berlin. Resulting from the talks, the Four Power Agreement came into effect by the signing of the Four Power final log on the 3rd of June in 1972
