Two Spanish officials (m) and on officials of the US Army (r) having a conversation in the head quarter of the 7th US Army during the maneuver Combino on 3rd October 1951. With more than 160, 000 participating American soldiers and further allied troops it was the biggest maneuver in Germany since the end of the Second World War
