State treaty FRG-GDR signed

(l-r) Minister president of the GDR Lothar de Maiziere, German chancellor Helmut Kohl, minister of finance of the GDR Walter Romberg and Federal Minister of Finance Theo Waigel raise their glasses on the 18th of May in 1990 on the occasion of the signing of the state treaty between the FRG and the GDR. The treaty became effective on the 1st of July in 1990
