Transport of the remnants of the shot down British military
On 18 March 1953, the remnants of a shot down British military plane are brought back on lorries from the Soviet zone across the border crossing-point Lauenburg. Their plane was shot down by Soviet MIG fighters some days before in the Hamburg-Berlin air corridor close to the border to the Soviet sector. Seven crew members were killed
