Regency lady in ball gown and fashionable head-dress. Dress of spotted gauze over a satin slip, low-cut bust with blond lace quilling, transparent gauze sleeves, fichu a la Marmotte in satin and blond lace. Designed by milliner and dress-maker Mrs Bell of 52 St James's Street. Vol. 4, Plate 27, November 1817.
