1924 Olympics Boy Charlton
Andrew Boy Charlton (1907 - 1975), Australian swimmer, called Alan Charlton here. Charlton gained international acclaim during the 1924 Paris Olympics, where he won two gold medals. His victories came in the 1500 meters freestyle and the 400 meters freestyle events. Notably, he set a world record in the 1500 meters freestyle with a time of 20 minutes and 6.6 seconds
