Advert for The body-building power of Bovril 1916

An advertisement published in 1916 celebrating the body-building power of Bovril. It describes a munitions factory worker who, wishing to imitate a previous Bovril poster featuring a muscled worker, drank Bovril regularly for a year and is now the very picture of splendid health and energy. The advert also reminds readers that in spite of the rising cost of beef, Bovril's main ingredient, the price of their product has not increased since the beginning of the war
