Advert for Chilprufe wool underwear for children 1941

The childrens must have Chilprufe'. Our difficulty is that we are allowed only a small ration of wool and how to make it go round. We have, therefore decided to suspend production of women's and men's garments and concentrate entirely on Chilprufe for children. The traditional quality of Chilprue remains unaltered. The finest pure wool. Protective, cosy, durable. The difficulty of wartime production may production may prevent us giving our normal prompt service, but every effort will be made to meet your requirements
