Advert for John Pound & Co dressing case 1920
Advertisement John Pound and Co brown hide empty dressing case, tobacco pouch and lady's wrist bag. John Pound became Lord Mayor of London in 1904. With less time to run his business, he gave contol of the company to his two sons, John Lulham and Percy Albert. John Pound and Co. continued to trade until the 1940s or 1950s when it was taken over by John Lewis
