Foods that fight fatigue It has been found that there are certain foods which, eaten regularly, help you to fight fatigue. They are nature's tonics - the foods rich in vitamin C and vitamin BI. So don't let unusual work or conditions get you down - just make sure you include in your meals. For vitamin C: Plenty of potatoes, green vegetables and salad. For vitamin BI: National bread, oatmeal and whole grain cereals; dried peas, beans lentils, pork and bacon
