Let's talk about protective food'. There are certain foods which have a wonderful power to keep you in health. They are what Dieticians call protective foods, and among the most valuable of these are wheatmeal bread green vegetables, carrots potatoes. The important thing is to have a good helping - or better still, two good helpings - of some claim on your attention, at this time of year especially, because as well as protecting you against colds and infection, they help you see in the dark
