Advertisement for Sunlight Soap. Before Sunlight Soap the woman stood for hours cleaning the clothes over a tub of hot steaming water. With Sunlight way the housewife needed to rub a little on the linen and let it soak for a while. Manufactured by Lever Brothers at Port Sunlight, and demonstrating how its use can release women from the toil and drudgery of wash day, allowing them time to enjoy a book while Sunlight does all the hard work
