Aircraftman C. R. Driver D.F.M
Aircraftman Charles Ronald Driver (1921-2009), who earned the Distinguished Flying medal as gunner of an aircraft in the fight over Heligoland on 18 December 1939. He remained at his post when both front guns were disabled and the gun-turret flooring shot away. He is the father of actress Minnie Driver
