Alexander Graham Bell
Alexander Graham Bell (1847 - 1922), US inventor and telephone pioneer. Born in Edinburgh, Bell began his career in assisting his father teach elocution. His first intelligible telephonic transmission with a message to his assistant occurred on 5th June 1875
