Bazaar at Willis's rooms in aid of Dr. Barnardo's Homes for destitute children. Thomas John Barnardo (1845-1905) is a classically Victorian figure - evangelical, entrepreneurial and philanthropic. His crusade to rescue children from the streets was one the best known social interventions in the last half of the nineteenth century
