The Duke of Brabant, later King Leopold III (1901-1983), eldest son of Albert I, King of the Belgians.
Pictured as an Eton school boy - he attended Eton College during the First World War when the Belgian royal children stayed in England. His contemporary at the school was Prince Henry, later Duke of Gloucester
