A burglar countess'. The police at Nice have just made the capture of a dangerous hotel thief in the person of a woman calling herself the Comtesse de Monteil. In her bedroom were 4000 francs in gold and notes and jewels worth 20, 000 francs. The Comtesse de Monteil owns a handsomely-furnished flat in Paris. She has always passed the winter at Nice, Cannes, or other towns on the Riviera
