Colonel Harrison and pigmies from Congo

Colonel Harrison pictured with three of the six pigmies from the Ituri Forest in central Congo. In 1905, they were brought to the UK by Harrison of Brandeston Hall, E. Yorkshire and after their 14-week run at the Hippodrome, toured around the country, staying with Harrison in Yorkshire in between times. They returned to the Congo after two years
