Completed section of the Coventry Cathedral Tapestry
The first completed section of the Coventry Cathedral Tapestry, hanging outside a Hotel at Felletin, France. It represent one fiftieth of the total final surface size and shows an eagle symbolising St. John. Graham Sutherland (1903-1980) designed the tapestry known as Christ in Glory in the Tetramorph and it was made in France by Pinton Freres at Felletin
