The Coronation procession up Westminster Abbey's blue-carpeted nave for the coronation of King George VI: a colourful pageant as peers, prelates and heralds accompany Their Majesties to the Coronation theatre'. The procession starts with the clergy, members of the College of Arms and Standard Bearers of Britain, then the Archbishops of Canterbury and York, next the Queen and her ladies, and then bearers of the Regalia, towards the end the King, backed by Yeomen of the Guard
