Death of the Prince Imperial; arrival of the body at Itelezi
The Prince Imperial of France was an impetuous and impulsive young man and had insisted on fighting in the Zulu war, after attending the Royal Military Academy. He had been given orders to observe the fighting, not to take part, but his desire for military glory took him into dangerous situations and this one proved fatal
